All footwear does not fit the same. Please test wear your new shoes on carpet to determine fit while keeping them clean. Returned shoes that are not in new condition cannot be placed in inventory, creating waste. Together we can respect our resources while we help you find that very special fit. 

Hassle-Free Return Shipping

We pledge to help you find a customized fit, and are committed to your total satisfaction. If you have to return your order for any reason, you can now sign into your account* and click on the 'Need to Return or Exchange' link to print off a pre-paid FedEx return label. Affix that label to your package and drop it off anywhere that FedEx picks up. We'll deduct a flat fee of $7.95 from your order refund/exchange for return postage.

To exchange your purchase, simply return it in new condition within 30 days. We'll send you the requested replacement and we'll even cover the ground shipping back to you.

*We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. Brown's Catalog is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and Exchanges must be returned pre-paid as we are not able to accept C.O.D. deliveries.


Conditions:

  • The Refund/Exchange form sent with your order must be enclosed with the item(s).

  • Non-defective, worn shoes and returns received outside of the 30 day limit are subject to inspection/adjustment by our returns department before the return or exchange will be processed.
  • Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. When requesting a return, credit will be issued in the amount of the item(s) purchase price by means of original form of payment.
  • If the exchange requested is for item(s) of greater/lesser value, the difference will be processed by means of original form of payment.
  • New Balance, Dunham, or Aravon shoes purchased through BrownsCatalog.com or through Brown's Catalog may also be returned to one of our New Balance stores. Click here for store locations. Additional brands must be returned to Brown's Catalog.
  • To return items purchased at any of our store locations please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you upon receipt of return to obtain the card number to which credit is requested. We do not keep card numbers on file for in-store purchases as a security measure.
