Please test wear your new shoes on carpet to determine fit while keeping them clean. Returned shoes that are not in new condition cannot be placed in inventory, creating waste. Together we can respect our resources while we help you find that very special fit.

We pledge to help you find a customized fit. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for an exchange. We'll send you a replacement and , yes, we'll even pay the ground shipping back to you.

Conditions:
- A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return/Exchange form sent with your order must be enclosed with the return. To print a copy of our return/exchange form, click here.
- Non-defective, worn shoes are subject to inspection by our returns department before the return or exchange will be processed.
- Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return so we can handle your transaction according to your wishes.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If an exchange is requested, we will cover the shipping for the new item being sent out.
- New Balance, Dunham, or Aravon shoes purchased through Brown’s Catalog may also be returned to one of our five New Balance Stores. Click here for store locations.
