Select Your Items
Shopping at Brown's Catalog is easy! If you aren't sure where to start, the most common method is to browse the categories for the type of shoe you need. The next best method is to perform a shoe search, which allows you to sort shoe styles by gender, category, and/or size.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
Once you have selected the shoe you'd like to order, select the size and width you need from the drop down window. You may also choose an insole upgrade for your shoe in this section. Once complete, click the "Add to Cart" button. At this point, you will be able to view the items in your shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like, as well as change the quantity on each item. If you have a special discount code, it can be entered on this page in the "Special Code" section. After any change, click the "Recalculate Button" to see the new total. If you want to continue shopping, click on "Back to Shopping Page" to shop until your cart contains all of the items you'd like to order. You can view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "View Shoebox".

Once you have finished shopping, take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your cart. If you decide you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Remove" link next to the shoe. The product will then be deleted from your shopping cart. When you are ready to process your order, simply click the "Check Out" link to sign in.

Order Confirmation
Right after you place your order, you will be directed to a page that will show the items submitted on the order along with your 10-digit order number. Once our system receives your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please call our customer service staff at 800.728.6247 to confirm the order was received.

You may receive an email from our customer service staff if your order requires any type of special processing and/or separate shipments. Once items on your order ship, you will receive a final shipping confirmation email indicating the date of shipment and the UPS tracking number, if available.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping For All Orders Exceeding $99!

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, or FPO address, and PO Boxes are sent via First Class Mail.

Shipping Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to send all accessory items, other than footwear, via Priority or First Class Mail as necessary.

Ground Shipping

  • $4.95 per order, per address.
  • Orders shipping Ground Shipping arrive 7-14 working days from the day the order is placed.

Express Shipping

  • $15 for one pair of shoes, per address. $10 for each additional pair, per address.
  • Orders shipping Express will arrive 2-5 working days from the day the order is placed.

Expedited Shipping

  • $30 for one pair of shoes, per address. $15 for each additional pair, per address.
  • Orders shipping Expedited will arrive 1-4 working days from the day the order is placed.

Order Notification

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email automatically generated by our server confirming that your order has been received.
  • If there is a delay or availability problem, you will be notified within 1-2 working days. No backorders will be processed without customer approval.
  • An email confirming the order has shipped will be sent once we receive shipping confirmation from the warehouse.
  • If you do not receive any type of confirmation email within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Service staff at 800.728.6247 or email at: Orders@BrownsCatalog.com.

International Orders

Brown's Catalog is a United States based company. As a result, orders being shipped to an address outside the United States are considered international.
Based on vendor policy, we are restricted from fulfilling orders being shipped to an address outside of the United States. As a result, we do not have the authority to service international customers.
