Retail Sales Associate
Our mission is to help people enjoy and maintain happy, healthy lifestyles through world-class customer service by helping people find solutions for their foot care needs. Teamwork and a willingness to serve differentiate us from our competition, and we strive to provide our loyal customers with a unique, fulfilling, and educational shopping experience. New team members are instructed and trained on proper shoe fitting techniques to become a Fit-Pro. No previous experience is required. We value our Fit Pros and know that they make a difference with an outgoing, friendly, and service-minded attitude both to customers and each other!
Responsibilities also include answering customers’ questions on the telephone and helping to maintain the professional and welcoming atmosphere of the store. Being punctual and reliable is a must. Flexibility with scheduling is important to become a good team member. We try our best to be flexible with scheduling and are closed evenings.
